THE BRIEF
On the occasion of the celebration of the 32nd America's Cup in Valencia, the brand BMW wanted to invite many of its customers to the event. Guests of all nationalities could enjoy a program with a very comprehensive and personalized hospitality.
THE WORK
Publips handled the personal attention of all guests of BMW. Hostesses, dinners organization, transfers, hotels accommodation in the city. All the details were took in consideration to enjoy the competition and the charm of Valencia. The visit was filled with cultural, sport and gastronomic programs as well as "driving experience."
THE RESULT(S)
Coordination of 1,800 guests from the March to July. It has been a great success because we could rely on professionals in-house, ensuring the highest technical skills in events and actions.
