Europe's number one Charcuterie brand

THE BRIEF
Aoste is currently the best-selling Charcuterie and Continental meats brand in Europe, but finding is place within UK retail was a real challenge. We were appointed to handle a complete brand, positioning, advertising and packaging review to focus the Aoste message for the UK market.

THE WORK - PACKAGING, DIGITAL, PRESS, TRADE AND DIRECT
We focused on the European provenance of the Aoste brand, creating new packaging and promotional strategies to reintroduce it into the UK market. But we also focused heavily on trade marketing, to open up increased distribution as a method to deliver the clients lofty growth ambitions. We also created a heavy sales promotion schedule and CRM campaign creating recipe ideas and occasion suggestions which had a huge subscription base.

THE RESULT(S)

50,000 new registered email contacts within the first 2 months with no advertising support. Rate of sale increased by 15%, sales by volume increased by 85% and we opened up new opportunities in a number of multiples. The packaging, website and press advertising won individual creative awards.
