Fresh Mind Agency has done significant work in order to announce and prepare the opening of the first Sony Education and Support Studio in the world. This unique project - a place where you can find answers to any questions about Sony products, service and technical solutions, was presented on December 9, 2010 in TC «Gorbushkin dvor».
Fresh Mind Communication has been preparing for the grand opening for 3 months. All departments of the Agency were involved. The Creative department was working on the Studio presentation materials design - brochures, flyers, questionnaires, notepads, business cards, and POS-materials for various zones of the Studio. Also, the department prepared a Christmas decoration concept for the Studio and outdoor windows.
The Media department was engaged in developing a concept of the event, forming the guest list, sending out invitations and doing all the necessary things for the event to be noticed, including speeches of significant guests and, of course, cutting the red ribbon. The BTL-department's task in this project is to coordinate the hostesses' work at the opening ceremony, as well as control over the work of promoters in the pre New Year period, known for the influx of shoppers in the TC «Gorbushkin dvor». The task of preparing accommodations for the opening ceremony such as lighting and sound installation, stage for the key-speakers and catering, as well as producing information and advertising materials, was placed "on the shoulders" of the Production department. In general, about 20 contractors were involved in the project.
The Sony Education and Support Studio opening ceremony had over 100 people, including representatives of Sony and Sony United, partners, special guests and, of course, members of the press. Guests of the event were welcomed by the General Director of Sony Electronics, Mr. Kenitiro Hibi, head of the TC «Gorbushkin dvor», Vasilina Zoremba, as well as the deputy of the Moscow City Duma, Alexander Milyavsky.
